Qualità deludente e garanzia gestita "via foto"
Pneumatici 4 stagioni acquistati meno di due anni fa. Nonostante un'utilizzo assolutamente normale e un battistrada ancora molto ben conservato, la mescola ha iniziato a sfaldarsi a pezzi fino a mostrare la tela interna. La cosa più grave è stata la gestione del reclamo da parte della casa madre: la pratica è stata chiusa "da remoto" con una semplice valutazione VISIVA basata su due fotografie inviate dal rivenditore. L'esito? Reclamo respinto incolpando il guidatore per una presunta "eccessiva coppia motrice/frenante" su una tranquilla utilitaria da città...(1.0 3 cilindri utilizzato quasi esclusivamente in urbano). Nessuna analisi, nessun esame del prodotto fisico, solo uno scaricabarile precompilato basato su qualche foto dallo schermo. Davvero una delusione per un marchio che si definisce "premium".

Sono DELINQUENTI in garanzia non mi hanno risarcito per un pneumatico scoppiato. Diffidate. Non comprate pneumatici a marchio goodyear. P. S.:la data è errata now mi fa mettere l'anno preciso ovvero 2024 mese di luglio

Je rejoins les avis précédents indiquant que les offres de remboursement sont bien une arnaque...on leur envoie des justificatifs où il est bien indiqué qu on a acheté leurs pneus et ils trouvent cela insuffisant! Pour une marque de cette renommée vraiment décevant!

Terrible customer service
Customer service email stopped replying, customer service phone number rang out - no answer. Had major issues with import duty, talked to DPD and confirmed that the sender (Goodyear) had declared the value incorrectly on two of the tyre tables, they applied the full value of my order to both parcels meaning I was due to pay nearly £200 in import duty when only half of this amount should have been due, email customer service from Goodyear useless refused to help me, now I have to hope that my card company will help me get a refund. Terrible, would never use again.

I they don't know what they're doing
I brought four tyres for my car and I thought I would never have to buy them for another couple of years but I got a wheel alignment done and the two is on the front started to wear and my back was wearing because the wheel alignment wasn't done on the back because they told me they only could do the wheel alignment on the front and it is disgusting because I had to go to another company and they said you can do a real alignment on the back tires so they did it and the one at Gatton did not do it on my car but they charge me for a wheel alignment now it's cost me over a thousand dollars for 8 tyres and they will not do anything to help with compensation or anything so I wouldn't go to Gatton ever again be warned everyone
