Schmutzig, Geräte wochenlang kaputt. Spinde die Hälfte kaputt gefühlt. Heute wiedermal keiner pünktlich da.keine Ahnung wie sich dieses max 20 euro gym raus nimmt so viel zu verlangen. Studioleiter taugt überhaupt nichts.

I've been to many different gyms in my life and to be honest for £30pm at golds gym you get a lot more than you expect. And honestly every gym outlet has its moments and can tell gold's gym Hounslow is excellent especially the staff and managers like Laurence ever since I've joined 10+ years ago he's been so helpful and extremely professional and friendly members also receive free guests passes every now and then no other gym outlet gives these luxuries. Disappointment in hygiene and services
I joined this gym mainly for the classes and overall fitness experience, but unfortunately it has not met expectations at all. Over time, the class timetable has been significantly reduced, and key classes like yoga have not been properly replaced after instructors left. This was one of the main reasons I signed up in the first place, and it feels like member needs are not being prioritised.ATM Thers only 2 morning sessions and 2 evening. Very disappointing. The gym is also very overcrowded at peak times, and there is often a long wait for machines, which makes it difficult to complete a proper workout. At busy times, it can feel frustrating and not worth going. Facilities are also inconsistent — the women’s showers often have a strong unpleasant smell, hot water is not always available, and the jacuzzi is frequently out of service. Parking is another issue, with limited spaces and often relying on luck to find a spot. Communication and updates around changes are poor, and concerns raised about these issues seem to be ignored, with little response from management. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this gym to people looking for a well-managed facility with reliable equipment, classes, and amenities.

Hanwell Golds Gym....Sorry to say but ...
Sorry to say - but the Hanwell gym is getting really rough these days, with a LOT of anti social behaviour by members, particularly young men. This involves spitting, aggressive swimming in the pool, bad language and threatening behaviour to other members on the gym floor. The gym now in my opinion is oversubscribed and has too many members. There are always queues to get on the weights machines. Plus, there are no limits on time allowed in the sauna, hot tub and steam room in the women's changing rooms, so the older ladies in particular go in and stay sometimes for hours. (There really should be a maximum half hour cap.) Plus there have been issues around women praying on the floor of the changing room and blocking access for people trying to get to their lockers. The hygiene standards are also pretty appaling as others have noted. I really think the whole place needs a complete mangement overhaul. Sadly I can see a violent incident happening here before too long.
