We went to Whitby yesterday Sat 8th August. Our driver was Leanne, she was brilliant cannot fault the service & she was so funny. We were a group of 9 and one of the older ones had a fold up wheel chair, which she catered for. We have used Globe before and always had a good experience, however I think Leanne made the customer journey that bit more special. Thank you

Globe bus wath to doncaster and return to wath 20 minutes late coming and no return although paid for return £ 20 taxi to go home scammed company avoid

Liverpool day trip…
Just returned from a day trip to Liverpool with my sisters, Niece and her 2 young boys. We were seated near the back of the bus where there was a group of ladies who were drinking alcohol and being very loud. We were annoyed but not overly concerned on the outbound journey to Liverpool. We mentioned to the driver Phil on departure of the bus that they were loud drinking and swearing of which he wasnt very concerned. However the return journey was even worse as the ladies arrived at the bus very intoxicated and were still clearly still drinking alcohol on the journey back. They were even louder, swearing and singing and staggering about. My neice asked them to stop swearing as the boys are only 5 and 6 but were met with contempt . Several other passengers were annoyed but the driver did nothing to stop them. The youngest boy was so traumatized by them that he felt scared to go to the toilet near where they were sat and had an accident. I thought that alcohol was not allowed on coaches but globe clearly don't care that people are drinking and being unruly on their trips

Just returned from shap wells hotel in…
Just returned from shap wells hotel in the lake district. Had a fantastic time as the hotel and food was really lovely. I enjoy going on holidays with globe coaches and go on as many as i can. Met Craig our driver on this trip and he was great. He is a credit to Globe coaches as he is so helpful with all the passengers and really friendly. He is an excellent driver and all the passengers i spoke to all made lovely comments about him. Keep up the good work Globe as your the best.
