Great products and experience
Great products and experience. My sister and I visited the store in Courmayeur while on a holiday and they have items that are not in the regular store or sold out. We end up buying two Moon Boots and a Loewe purse. Great service and we will definitely be back. I can’t comment about their website but if you ever in Italy, stop by at the store and you will be happy you did!

Ho acquistato un portafoglio sul loro sito e aveva uno dei prezzi più bassi che si potesse trovare in giro. La spedizione è stata molto veloce. Purtroppo ho dovuto fare il reso perché il portafoglio era troppo piccolo. Sono stati molto gentili perché mi hanno concesso di fare il reso gratuitamente nonostante fossero passati più di 14 giorni dal giorno in cui l’avevo ricevuto. Inoltre le tempistiche di rimborso sono state velocissime. Ottima assistenza clienti. Consiglio vivamente questo sito per i vostri acquisti!

Great service and very fast shipping to the UK
Was a bit apprehensive because of some negative reviews here and I hadn't heard of the website before. However I have to say I'm very pleased with the experience. Got a pair of shoes that was sold out elsewhere for a good price. The parcel arrived in three days (DHL). There were no extra charges as duties and taxes were already included in the price, which is excellent for UK buyers.
