I would never shop with this company…
I would never shop with this company again!! The earrings I purchased were like a hundred + dollars! I got them on sale so I end up paying close to $60 for them. They were poorly made they were clip-ons the clips was so thin they couldn't hold up on my ear!! I tried to reach out to someone, you can't talk to no one it just hang up on you! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Deeply disappointed - Poor costumer service and low quality products
I placed an order on the 21/07/26 and the site was saying it could take up to 9 working days to produce my items. On the 05/08 I messaged them explaining 13 business days had passed with no updates at all and, since my order was a gift, I would like to have an exact estimate of delivery or my order cancelled as it was already the week of the birthday. They replied saying there was an increase in orders and said they would add a pair of earrings “as a gesture of goodwill” for the delay. I wasn’t asking for any gesture of goodwill, I just wanted to know the day of the delivery or a cancellation, as my card was charged on the day I bought the product and they disappeared after that… No answer about the date of delivery and also no mention to my request of cancellation. I ended up having to buy another gift for my niece as I didn’t want to go to her birthday without a gift. My order was only shipped 12 days after they got back to me and only arrived on the 20/08. After all this time and the stress, when the items finally arrived, another disappointment! Only one of the items was exactly as pictured. One charm was much darker than the picture, making it much less cuter, the bracelet is extremely thin and probably will break the first time it gets caught in something and the “gifts” they sent are pretty poor quality. Tried to use the earrings once and they kept poking the back of my ears and also gave me allergies. Don’t waste your money, their charms are not worth £45 - £50 each. Their necklaces and bracelets are quality comparable to Temu and the customer service is disappointing. I saw so many cute things and always wanted to try their products so this is even more disappointing than a brand you just want to buy from to gift to someone. Wouldn’t buy from them again and would not recommend to family and friends.

MAI PIÙ! Delusione totale
MAI più ordinerò da questo sito, che delusione, ho ordinato da qui, sotto consiglio di un’amica che aveva fatto fare uno charme personalizzato molto carino, quindi ho deciso di ordinare degli charme come regalo di compleanno per due persone a me molto care che fanno il compleanno ravvicinato! Ordine effettuato il 31 luglio (perché la mia amica ha detto che tra la personalizzazione e la spedizione ci sarebbero volute almeno 2 settimane) quindi fiduciosa che arrivassero prima di fine mese! Ho pagato e poi nulla, siamo al 28 agosto, fra tre giorni sono un mese preciso dall’ordine… ma scherziamo?? Quando mai ci vogliono un mese per una spedizione? Che oggi giorno è tutto veloce… le spedizioni si effettuano in nemmeno 48 ore. Ho dovuto comprare altri regali spendendo altri soldi… vergognoso. Se non volete rimanere delusi come lo sono io, fidatevi e non ordinate niente.
