Highly recommend Fuzzball
Highly recommend Fuzzball! The food is nutritious and my cat loves it. Although pricier than high street brands, it’s worth it. Quick delivery and excellent customer service, with queries answered promptly. I also love the new rewards system including treats and toys for cats, plus cash back for owners. It’s clear they really value their customers.

The cats gave it nil points.
Ordered a box of various food, treats & sprinkles. My cats wouldn’t touch any of it. Why are the chicken cubes made in China? Not that I have any issue with Chinese things, but this seems bizarre. I gave the cats another brand of premium food that they do like, but when I added Fuzzball sprinkles, they wouldn’t eat any of it.

Couldn't be happier with this cat food.
Some of the best service & food we've had for our cat in a while. Its easy enough to order and I like how simple the menu is to change if he's being picky on one flavour to the other. Delivery wise we've never had an issue, fuzzball contacted us to tell us they were having a stock delay for their Just Chicken & Just tuna boxes, that it wouldn't arrive with our box in time so they shipped it without those boxes + a full refund and replacement boxes free of charge. Quality wise, im happy with it. The broth to meat ratios are perfect for our cat. The foods look like what theyre supposed to be instead of that same brown cube chunk regardless of if its Chicken, fish, beef etc. You get with cheaper/lq foods. His coat has been noticeably shiny & softer since starting fuzzball and he has been leaving little to no food. The freebies are always enjoyed, we still have our trial box Chicken sprinkles and our cat absolutely adores them. The toys are perfect for what our cat enjoys playing with. We will definitely be ordering their freeze dried Hearts & quail yolks as we don't get many freeze dried treats locally but our cat loves them out of other more "biscuit" type treats. We will definitely be keeping with fuzzball. Very happy, even my parents have now subscribed for their cat after borrowing some of our tins. 🙏

Good system, great quality!
Food is excellent quality, although convincing my cat of such can be a little challenging at times! Delivered to the door, which is so convenient, as is the ordering system. I like that I can delay or adjust the delivery date, online, if required. Very simple, effective, good for the environment (as all tins & cardboard - no plastic!), & good value. Purrrrfect!!
