Germany's biggest scam when it comes to shrimp! I see the company as a form of scam and fraud... A lot of shrimp have been bought over the years and Garnelencenter Lemgo is the worst of all companies when it comes to ornamental shrimp ever... When things go against the company and the company gets a little backlash and is questioned, the company sits on social media and other forums and slanders the customer in question, SCANDAL! So unprofessional that there are no words for it... This review is honest, our family has bought shrimp here, we got garbage shrimp straight out of the blue, WITHOUT A DOUBT! I advise everyone against buying ornamental shrimp here, in all price ranges! You will be blown away... The company really thinks they know Neocaridina and Caridina and behaves very strangely, a big joke is what the company is, even has difficulties/problems with calling it a company! Rogue companies stealing honest people's money is not unique in the 21st century, Garnelencenter lemgo is playing dirty/has no conscience whatsoever

Great service and definitely deserves a better score
I am not sure why I see 3.2 stars as reviews. I ordered from Ireland. Communication was great. Shipment was next day. All animals arrived alive and in great condition. All shrimp were decently young animals so they acclimated with 0 deaths. Water quality tested on arrival in the bags, minimal measurement of ammonia. Packaging was good. I am not sure who and why they complained. But I received everything I wanted and in general it was very effortless. Thank you Garnelencenter Lemgo! Much appreciated and will order again when I need something

I ordered shrimp and they do not look…
I ordered shrimp and they do not look anything like on the picture, they more look like poor quality tiger shrimp. The price is too high for that what I received. Furthermore, the owner thinks shipping issues are not the issue of the company and that he cannot fix any issues. The customer themselves have to fix issues with delivery. What is strange because the customer has no contract with the shipping company. The contract is between seller and the shipping company. I had to fix the issues. If you want good customer service and high quality shrimps, then this is not the shop for you.
