A great example of product design
This company could be a business school case study in how to properly design a product that creates a great user experience. I've designed and marketed tech products for decades. I'm always amazed (appalled really) at how so companies don't bother to understand what it's like to be their customer, and as a result, market products that are difficult to use, and interfaces that are puzzling. These folks make it easy to be their customer. Navigating the product set up is dead simple and intuitive, and the product works. What could be better than that?

No better bang for the buck out there than forwardemail.net
ForwardEmail.net engineers work TIRELESSLY. This is the most sophisticated, fast and powerful email host that I have used. It rivals Google's email, without the privacy concerns. I'm still shocked, over and over, at how prolific the engineers are, and yet still so responsive to customers with questions. I just could not be more happy, and especially like people like me, who are using this for family and friends, their products and services are so amazingly reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about forwardemail.net

Decentralising the Internet - Forwardemail is great
I am working on a product that allows users to run their own mail server in the home network & receive incoming email - without a vpn and without needing to open firewall holes. Forwardemail has all the features my product needed. Their staff is super helpful in resolving issues. The sites functionality is really easy to grasp. The whole internet today is gravitating towards balkanisation by a small group of Big Tech companies. Forwardemail is a bright star in the opposite direction - decentralisation of the internet back to its original roots

Happy customer for years
I ran my own mail server to forward email since I bought a domain until 2023. Since then I've been a happy Forward Email customer without any noticeable issues. Recently I reported a problem I was having understanding email logs on their website and they pushed a nice improvement that fixed my concern within a day.
