This is the third time I have used…
This is the third time I have used FlightReservation's service for my parents, and all of their visa applications have been approved. When I first came across the website, I had a little doubt, but they proved me wrong. My parents' applications were granted, and everything went smoothly each time. Their team is always available to help whenever you have questions or concerns. Thank you for the excellent service, and keep up the great work!

For me it’s a mix feelings
My Experience – Mixed Feelings, But Positive Outcome For me, it was a mix of emotions. After paying for the service, I did not receive the form to provide my reservation details. The emails I received came under different names, such as Travel Visa Services, which made it difficult to identify and access them confidently. Additionally, the contact section on the website was not working, and the WhatsApp number provided did not exist. At that point, I genuinely believed I had been scammed. The Positive Side: Because I paid via PayPal, I was able to open a dispute and request a refund. Interestingly, the same day the PayPal case was initiated, I received an email from a different address asking me to resend all my booking details. I did so, and they replied that before they could proceed with the reservation, I needed to cancel the PayPal case. However, I refused to cancel it, as doing so would have removed my protection. If they failed to deliver afterward, PayPal would no longer be able to assist me. I chose to stand my ground. Despite this, they went ahead and made the reservation. I did not even verify it independently; I simply attached it and submitted my visa application. I am happy to say that I successfully received my visa yesterday, 19th February 2026. Thank you for delivering in the end. However, I strongly recommend improving transparency and providing reliable communication channels, such as a working WhatsApp or Telegram contact, to build trust and avoid unnecessary stress for your customers.
