Very poor service from EZ Living Furniture
I want to express my considerable disappointment with EZ Living Furniture. In the course of refurnishing my new home, I engaged all three of the main suppliers: EZ Living Furniture, Harvey Norman, and Dreams. EZ Living Furniture fell well short of the standard set by the other two. The sales experience was excellent — but the moment payment was made, the service collapsed. I was given only 20 minutes' notice ahead of delivery. The furniture was left at my front door, and all the packaging and waste was abandoned on site. I was assured this would be collected; it never was. In the end I had to hire a van and remove it myself. By contrast, Harvey Norman provided a full day's notice, brought larger pieces into the house safely, assembled all the furniture, and cleared away all the waste — despite having made the very same commitments EZ Living Furniture did at the point of sale. The unnecessary stress and expense caused by EZ Living Furniture was, and remains, completely unacceptable. I would ask each person to be cautious before ordering anything, and if you do order anything, that they be managed very closely.

Lots of options to choose
We moved to a new house and we are looking for bed frames and sofas. We visited easy living furniture located in Fonthill. The service was great. Loads of options to choose from. We bought 2 bed frames and a 3 seater sofa .Good quality products available and I would recommend easy living furniture.

Quoted delivery date not met.
Quoted delivery date not met despite confirmation on day of purchase. I have not received any updates on new expected date from Blanchardstown store staff despite contacting the store and promised call back which has not happened yet.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The sales guy John Cosgrove in the Limerick store was absolutely amazing!!! I had so many questions and concerns and he sorted everything for me. Very friendly and very efficient!!! Makes all the difference!!! Great service!!! ❤️
