I bought an item… the site wouldn’t let…
I bought an item… the site wouldn’t let me download it, I contacted them and they basically said we don’t feel like we owe you a refund. You can contact the seller and see if they want to give you one. Had a terrible attitude and will not be using them again. Completely unprofessional and NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Use anyone but these guys. CON ARTISTS

fabguys is the most rduest and arrogant site going and deserves to be closed down wit hall the absue, vile behaviours, disgusitng comments you get from trolls on their and people attakcing you for no reason when you say no especially people in birmimgham who cant take no for an answer and sladenr and defam you and the admin needs to keep an eye out on the bsue people give to innocent people on fab

They dont give a s*** about their customers
I’ve been a loyal customer of Fab.com / Epic for over 5 years, having spent thousands of dollars on assets over the years. Unfortunately, I recently purchased an asset that simply does not work at all. It won’t install on my machine — it shows up with a red X and fails to load no matter what I try. I contacted support multiple times, explained the situation clearly, and requested a refund. They kept denying it, saying the asset “works on their end.” This response is not acceptable — I’ve purchased dozens of assets before, and this is the only one that doesn’t work. Under Canadian consumer law, customers have the right to a refund when a digital product is faulty or non-functional. But they keep ignoring that. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly shocking coming from a company I’ve supported for so many years. If you care about support and fairness, be very cautious before buying. Apparently, even loyal customers are ignored here.
