Lovely experience! I bought a pretty hare pendant and as it took a while to arrive, I was gifted with a beautiful robin pendant too! Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Misrepresented product
Received product today. Total junk. The product does NOT match the website picture. Waste of money. Received return information today. They offered a 10% discount. Nope. I have to pay for shipping back to China. I’ll see what that costs. The US address is an intermediary making it hard to know what the country of origin is. Again, lesson learned.

Cheap chinese knockoff carving. Ordered a “Hand Carved” owl decoration only to get a carving with a picture of an owl on it. Isnt remotely like what is shown in the picture, products are scam…

Evoosense produces fake products
Just like the previous reviewer, I received a pair of knockoff Birkenstock shoes. The quality is inferior, the soles are plastic. I paid $90 for the item. It shows the product was on sale, but they are very cheap quality. The company will not let me return the product to their California, but instead want me to mail the product to China. The shipping cost is very high. Do not purchase from Evoosense.

I wasn't sure if the 'Birkenstock' clogs I ordered from Evoosense were going to be knock-offs, turns out yes they are. Quality seems average to fine, but the footbed is not like a Birkenstock. Just be aware of that.
