Im a friend of a young lady wh o lost her husband tragically killed in a road accident, leaving her with a 3 year old son. Her late husband bought a T V.from you. The T.V lasted 2 years.She has no money to buy another one. Can Euronics please show some compassion, as they refused to do anything.She didnt wish to be named publicly. My phone number 07763365723

Having been recommended my to Euronics…
Having been recommended to Euronics when our dishwasher expired, we visited the shop( great to speak to people who really knew their product), agreed to buy the product they recommended, arranged an arrival date, their fitters arrived on time, fitted the machine quickly and efficiently and fully explained how the product works in easy and simple terms. Customer service at its very best and one of the key reasons we should support our independent retailers who are so vital to our local communities. We cannot recommend Euronics highly enough. We used The Telford Oakengates store…
We used The Telford Oakengates store from start to finish for a new integrated dishwasher and freezer and we had an excellent service . The sales staff were helpful and informative without pressure . Then Sterling and Marc who delivered and fitted our appliances took care in fitting the appliances perfectly. They were clean, tidy and completed the fitting of both appliances with skill. Will definitely use again 100% excellent and professional.

Have dealt with the Eccles store over…
Have dealt with the Eccles store over many years and continue to be impressed with their selection of products, expert service in-store and by the delivery guys. No problem with uplifts of old machines. The Fridge-Freezer just purchased, delivered and installed (Beko model) looks and works really well. Well done to all.

Unreliable delivery service Chelmsford branch.
I ordered a washing machine from the Chelmsford branch on Wed 22 July. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 24 July with a midday delivery slot. I phoned when the delivery was overdue. I was told that my delivery had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. Nobody phoned me to update me on the cancellation. I waited at home for three hours needlessly. I have lost trust that this company will deliver my order. Very poor customer service. This is bread and butter stuff you would have thought. The order code is ORD10708011. Moulsham street. Chelmsford branch. The matter has now been resolved so I'm changing my rating to 5 stars for good customer service.
