We paid EMS £30,000 for a medical…
We paid EMS £30,000 for a medical repatriation from Istanbul to London that did not take place. Despite repeatedly asking for our money back but we have been refused a refund. What is even more concerning is that we have never been given a clear explanation or evidence showing where our £30,000 actually went or what happened to the money. We have asked for answers and transparency but have not received a satisfactory explanation. Based on our experience we believe this company is fraudulent and we strongly warn others to be extremely careful before trusting them with large sums of money.

Excellent service from start to finish
The team was professional, friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond to understand our needs and provided quick and effective support. Their communication was clear and I felt I was in good hands throughout the process. Bed to bed service was 100% and I would highly recommend this company.

Failure to bring home dying sibling
On the 23rd July we were asked to take down a critical review by their legal representatives so discussions could take place. This proved to be a complete waste of time. I’am now reposting my original comment. This company in our darkest hour took money from us under false pretences. They had never any intention of bringing our brother home to die. They took €34k and tried to take another €22k. Do not use this company under any circumstances. We as a family feel utterly betrayed by their callousness. They will try and intimidate you by their legal representatives but stand firm until you can resolve their irresponsible behaviour. If anyone one has successfully got redress from this company please advise

34,000 euro with no flight or refund
This company is running very bad practice,were when like our families experience with ems was,when you at your very lowest point with a dying relative abroad. in our case Portugal were my brother was dying of cancer and in his last weeks of his life, we couldn’t have him signed off to fly on a commercial flight so we engaged the services of what we thought was company called medi vac, but in fact it was a company saying they were called ems medi vac, They agreed to fly my brother back to dublin for 34,000 euro which we agreed to, so haven received the quote and invoice we transferred the money only to receive a message to say the quote was void because the bank’s transfer had taken a number of hours longer than it should have, ems then demanded a further 25,000 euro on top of the 34,000 euro for a new quote and needless to say we did not except this and refused to pay, despite numerous requests for a refund we were ignored and we never heard from ems again . They would not take our calls or reply to any email, So imagine living your life in such a way that you set up a business to take advantage of the most valuable people in our society . That would include the very young the very old and the dying, no lower form of life than those that do that.the cruelest of the cruelest . The one star rating above is not fit for purpose as we would have left a zero star grade if possible but that didn’t seem like an option. So my advice to anyone considering using ems don’t be taken in by there symmetric act at your dilemma when you contact them as there are very insincere behind their kind words and no matter how dire your circumstances are they are only there to take your money from you and never to return it to you, May our brother David rest in peace Charlie Darbey

Tolles Team sehr kompetenter Service
Tolles Team sehr kompetenter Service. Schnelle Hilfe bei dem Transport nach Deutschland von Split. Die beiden Rettungssanitäter waren Klasse,sehr freundlich und nett. Auch wenn der Preis sehr hoch ist war es dennoch Super. Weiter zu empfehlen.
