Their ads are misrepresented on their items
They misrepresented their items on their ads. I bought 3 tank tops of the same style but different colors from them. On their ads it looks like the tops will lay at hip level comfortably. I usually would wear a 2x and would normally fit loosely on me. When I tried on one of the tops, it felt like it would fit a child. I couldn’t even pull the built in bra to fit over my chest. The top is only long enough to fit over my belly button. I proceeded to request for a refund from them. Their response was instead of sending it back because it was so expensive to send it back, they suggested that I keep the tops and they would send me the correct size but I would have to pay for them. Keep in mind that when I ordered the tops that I did give them my correct size. Then I send a second letter to request for a refund and that I don’t want to keep any of their tops. Once again they suggested that I keep the tops and they would give me a 15% discount to purchase other items from them. If the sizing of their clothing do not fit me why would I buy more items from them. I proceeded to request for a refund for the 3rd time. They sent an email saying that they don’t give refunds on items worn. Then they added if I “consisted” on getting the refund that I need to follow the instructions to receive my refund. I followed the instructions exactly and sent them the tracking number and the pictures of the package I sent back to them to their email. They again sent me the same email about not giving back the refund. My total purchase was over $119, the postage to mail it back to China was $59.00. It’s been about 3 weeks since I sent the items back. I really don’t think I will get my refund back. I was very disappointed with the misrepresentation of their items and their refund process or the lack there of.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered 2 items back in March 2026, and was contacted saying the one of the items was damaged and it was the last one, so they gave me the option of picking something else, and I declined... I requested a full refund countless times, but to no avail... They said that due to high shipping costs, I wouldn't get a full refund, but they hadn't even shipped anything... For months and months, I continuously request my refund, and got nothing... On July 21st, I received a package, and opened it to find some random product I never ordered... THIS SITE IS FRAUD!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WON'T SEND YOUR ORDER... IT TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO SEND ME SOME GARBAGE I ABSOLUTELY DON'T WANT AND WOULD NEVER WEAR, AND WOULDN'T GIVE TO ANYONE ELSE.. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY STEAL MORE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY...

Do not order here! Many weeks to ship. Cheaply made. Returns go back to China and cost more to ship than item. They offer money off another item but only a small (10% REFUND) if unhappy. Built in bra for cup size A on any size top! Wish I could attach my photos so you could see the difference of what I received vs their ads!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service at Emmiol. I purchased seven tank tops with shelf support based on advertisements that promised a long, supportive, and flattering fit. However, the items I received were short, boxy, lacked proper support, and were incorrectly sized. Despite following their size recommendations, the items did not fit well at all. When I attempted to resolve this, I was met with poor service. It has been four weeks and I am still struggling to get my money back. It is important for others to know that this company is not US-based, and their return policy is incredibly unfair; they require customers to pay for international shipping, and even then, only offer a partial refund. Instead of a proper resolution, they repeatedly insisted the items passed quality control and offered a mere $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I have now been forced to file a dispute through PayPal to recover my funds. Avoid this company.
