Completely rubbish shipping

Completely rubbish shipping. Parcel never arrived and never showed on Royal mail tracking. Very poor customers service . Need to wait 20 days for their claim with Royal mail. Never buy again from them.

Hi there, We're incredibly sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived and for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is to wait for an order, particularly when you're waiting to put your car back together and considering all your previous orders with us have arrived with you in a timely manner. We are currently seeing severe, widespread delays across the Royal Mail network, which is unfortunately impacting tracking updates and delivery timelines for many of our shipments. Please rest assured that your parcel is in transit and should be with you shortly. Regarding our claims policy, we completely understand why a 20-day wait feels incredibly frustrating. Because Royal Mail does not officially consider a package "lost" until a specific window has passed, they strictly require us to wait this long before we can successfully file a claim on your behalf to process a replacement or refund. We hate making our customers wait just as much as you do, however we are bound by their protocol. Thank you for your patience, and we truly hope to get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. Please allow a couple more days for the parcel to arrive, however if the parcel hasn't arrived after 20 days we will be more than happy to process a lost parcel claim and rearrange shipping via another method.

The best Honda car parts seller in Europe

I had a pleasure to order parts from Dream Automotive for around four years, upgrading fully my FK2 Type R from stock car to Stage 3 level, and I enjoyed cooperating with them through this process, looking forward to continue it in the future as well. Communication is always easy and practical with them, and not only about communicating car parts orders, but also discussing upgrades and even issues that I had with my car. They are professional, skilled, and they take care of us, their customers, and our satisfaction. If I can give more than 5 stars, I'd do it, since I sincerely recommend them to anyone who plans to upgrade their cars.
