BEWARE!
BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I paid $5479 for this custom piece for my full sized Range Rover. The box is massive and the fact that it slides back and forth takes up so much of the trunk space, I cannot even fit ONE DOG in my trunk now - much less all three of my dogs. (Note: dogs don’t like sliding back and forth.) My steps have no pads (like pictured in the videos), and are all slanted down...Impossible to get up into the trunk, and perilous coming back down. What you see in the video is NOT THE REALITY!! Their response to my unusable Dog & Drive System: “We have discussed the matter internally and cannot offer to take back the stairs and refund you the purchase price.”

We fitted the Dog & Drive steps and…
We bought the Dog & Drive steps and crate into our 2022 Defender 110 and I’m really glad we did. I originally messaged just to ask a couple of questions and ended up being really impressed with how helpful they were. Quick replies, really friendly, and not salesy at all. They actually took the time to understand our setup and the dog, and explained everything in plain English. The whole process felt easy, and they kept us in the loop the whole time, which I appreciated. As for using it day to day… it’s made a bigger difference than I expected. Our dog used to do that little pause at the boot and you could tell he wasn’t totally sure about jumping, especially if he’d been out all day. Now he just uses the steps without thinking about it. No lifting, no coaxing, no awkward jumping in and out. It’s just… sorted. The crate fits the Defender boot really nicely too. It doesn’t look like something you’ve just shoved in there, it sits properly and the boot still feels usable rather than cramped. And it’s just reassuring knowing he’s got his own proper space and isn’t sliding about. Everything feels solid, nothing rattles, and it genuinely looks like it belongs in the car. If you’ve got a Defender 110 and travel with your dog a lot, I’d 100% recommend it. Not just because the product’s great, but because the service made the whole thing feel like a proper, stress-free purchase.

Extrem Lange Lieferzeiten und keine Kommunikation!
In diesem Preissegment (CHF 1000.- aufwärts) sollte es Usus sein den Kunden wenigstens in einer menschlichen Frist ein Feedback zum Stand der Bestellung zu geben! Sobald man Interesse an einer Box zeigt, wird man täglich angefragt ob noch Interesse besteht und man bestellen möchte. Für das hat man dann Zeit. Ist die Bestellung raus, hört man plötzlich gar nichts mehr! Wir warten seit über einem Monat und vergangene Woche hätte die Box per Spedition geliefert werden sollen aber wieder herrscht auf Nachfrage nur Funkstille. Hätten wir die Box nicht im Voraus bezahlt, würde die Bestellung schon längst storniert! Eine absolute Frechheit und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Jetzt bleibt nur noch zu hoffen, dass die Box tatsächlich auch mal ankommt und dem hohen Preis gerecht wird.
