They sell your data, been spammed and called since joining

The service is ok, but unfortunately they've instantly sold my email and phone number (which I couldn't log in without) and I'm now continually spammed, where I had very little before.

Paid pro account paid, free account given

Terms state account activation in 15-30 minutes but multiple hours and having dealt with the worst support, they are activating a free account when I paid for business pro. I bought this for specific needs for my company and even the free account, which won’t work for what I need doesn’t even work either. They have no idea what they are doing, have no real support and have taken my money in return for no service. Going to look for an alternative provider and now I’ve got to nussery sit their incompitent staff to get my money back or make a fraud claim. I knew the name and felt it was a leader digital signing platform, I wish I came to trust pilot first, I don’t have the time to be managing this level of imcompitance

Very Dissapointing and not much help offered

We are a small compay looking to move from signing pdf's with Browsers to something like docusign. We have extremely siimple needs such as max of 6 ricipients. Its not the most intuitive product but with many years tied up with Systems and server software, I figured it would be max of a week before a conclusion The eval version begins to error out (due to restrictions) or so it seemed because there were errors that didnt make sense. For example, in Eval There are Max recipients of 9 per envelope, or so it seems. A "Max Recipient per single transaction error" appears, but after 2 weeks I could no longer even send 1 ricipient without the error. Perhaps paying for a standard esig version would solve it? Maybe But then the are other showstopers. In a pool of 10 pdf's which we always use, 6 would upload, 4 would not, genetrating The error "The pdf contains content that is not allowed". Solution in a search offered was to flaten out the file, which I often have had to do with doc imaging front ends. But the old flatening the file did not work. Furthermore why should customers spend time in having to do this? We know the are many ways to create pdf but we never had issues opening pdf's with different versions of adobe or browsers There are a slew of other strange erros that dont seem to be related to "restrictions". Docusign Community offers not much help and support wont chat with eval versions. I did speak with sales but they werent much help. Once these errors begin to surface, the eval can offer no more help . Docusign is definietly not WYSIWYG and that creates doubt before sending. Often times the sigs would not show in Preview Mode, even though you know you placed them on the form We really want to like Docusign. It does appear to be robust and overkill for our bassic needs. But the support reviews and their eval product is not helping. We are concerned we would likley have to resort to using browsers and adobe

This company sells security which is…

This company sells security which is completely flawed. The client has to store both the key and code on the same device. If your phone is stolen then it is easy to download the documents. There is no faculty to report this on their web site unlike credit cards. The software is American hype which not fit for purpose and can not be trusted. We have been trumped again and can not believe a single word that is said.
