I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DDC’s non-invasive prenatal paternity testing service. I chose this company and paid for this service expecting a reliable process and reasonable turnaround time, but instead I have experienced repeated delays and now have to provide a THIRD blood collection. My first sample was collected at approximately 7 weeks and ultimately required recollection. I completed the second collection at over 9 weeks, and the sample was received by the laboratory. I was then notified that the laboratory needed additional testing time. My expected completion date was pushed back, and I waited several additional days hoping the extra testing would allow them to complete the test without another recollection. After all of that waiting, I was ultimately told that I need to recollect AGAIN. What has been especially frustrating is the lack of clear information throughout this process. I understand that biological samples do not always produce usable results and that no laboratory can guarantee every sample will work. However, after two unsuccessful collections, multiple delays, and the emotional stress associated with prenatal paternity testing, I expected much better communication and transparency about what was happening with my samples and why testing could not be completed. This testing is expensive and involves an extremely sensitive and time-sensitive situation for families. Customers deserve realistic expectations about the possibility of recollection, particularly when testing very early in pregnancy, as well as clear explanations when a sample cannot produce a result. At this point, I have invested significant time, money, and emotional energy into a process that still has not provided the service I paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DDC’s prenatal paternity testing service.

Absolute shit show with communication…
Absolute shit show with communication I’d choose different company again. This one is expensive, needs repeated tests etc. All mentioned here is valid find a different company

I am suing this company attorney is in the process now. They took my results, and mixed it with maternal/paternal. I’ve been waiting on a test that takes 2-3 business days and it’s been weeks now full of delays, and lies. Now I went to Alliance and have their results that came back positive for family relation. And as soon they send me mines that’s negative i am going to sue for inaccurate information, incompetence, and fraud. This company is a SCAM! They are not testing things they put what they so desire and move! Go to any company other than this one. They are rude, and unprofessional. No wonder 💭 why Murray used them everyone was not the father because they are not the company! Chile please!

I would not recommend this test at all
I would not recommend this test at all, especially if you are considering paying extra for express results. This entire process has been a headache from start to finish. I paid extra for express DNA testing because the company advertised faster results, and we specifically paid with the expectation of receiving the results by Father’s Day. The samples were sent on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday, but the company did not even acknowledge receipt until I called them. Since then, I have received nothing but conflicting information. I was told on Friday that the results would be done by Monday. Then I received messages giving different times for Monday, including 5 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM EST. Now I am being told the results may not be available until tomorrow. That is not express service. I recently used another DNA testing company a couple of weeks ago, and that process was extremely seamless. This experience has been the complete opposite. The communication has been poor, the timelines keep changing, and no one I have spoken with seems to be on the same page. The issue is not just that the results are delayed. The issue is that I paid extra for a service that was not delivered as advertised. At this point, a refund should be issued for the express testing fee. If you are considering this test, I would strongly suggest going with another lab. Based on my experience, the express testing option is not worth the extra money, and the lack of clear communication made an already important situation much more stressful.
