Love Dermalogica & Logical Beauty!
Love Dermalogica I don’t use any other product on my face….. ever and always use Logical Beauty website! Great prices and delivered within a day or so…. Would never buy my Dermalogica from any other retailer.

Dermalogica lost its way
I've been using Dermalogica products for years. They are good products. However, their customer care has massively dropped in service over the past couple of years - since it was bought by Estee Lauder (I believe). Their advertising campaigns have also become relentless and aggressive. They used to provide free samples you could choose from at each purchase, now these have been wrapped up behind offers and reward schemes. They sent me an A5-sized plastic envelope with 1 tiny 2 ml sachet to 'try out their new product'. I couldn't believe how wasteful and miserly that was - like here we'll pay you 2ml of product for a review! They want to maximise rewards with no sense of integrity/humanity. The reviews on their website are clearly highly selected and filtered. They rejected my feedback and never replied to my emails requesting an explanation as to why my review was not published. It's sad and disappointing for Dermalogica to have been so blinded by profits.

I signed up to get emails
I signed up to get emails - for this I was supposed to get a free sample with my first order. However, I did not get the free sample (although I was bombarded with emails advertising their products). I then emailed to ask why I did not get the sample - no response from them. Although I am happy with the product I bought, I shall not be buying any more of their expensive treatments as they have no respect for their customers.

I purchased the Superfoliant peeling…
I purchased the Superfoliant peeling from the brand Dermalogica. However, the product became moist inside and deteriorated. It turned out that there was a manufacturing defect in the packaging. I had bought the largest size of this product from a skincare center by paying full price. The skincare center has since closed, and they told me to contact the brand directly because this was a production defect. I explained the situation to the brand and sent photos of the product. They never properly assisted me and kept creating difficulties. Eventually, they accused me of using a counterfeit product. I am absolutely certain that the product is authentic — I have been using it for years, and the batch code and production number were clearly visible. DO NOT THIS It is very disappointing that a brand we consider high-quality and trustworthy would accuse its customers in this way. I told them that I would take legal action. After that, they blocked me on all social media accounts and tried to portray me as a problematic customer. I feel that they have subjected me to psychological harassment.

I purchased a can of clarifying body…
I purchased a can of clarifying body spray and the cap will not work. The cap will not lock or unlock and it’s not spraying properly, as I have to keep on pressing several different ways in the hope it works briefly or not. It’s very frustrating! My husband replaced the nozzle and it works, I appreciate that this is a manufacturing issue, but dermalogica products are normally to a very high standard.
