Extremely slow

Extremely slow. First time using this service, should've checked reddit first since it seems to be a known issue that everything takes extremely long to process. You can pay extra for "priority" orders but at that point, might as well go to another service that will just process your order in a timely manner for free. Order interface is also confusing and doesn't let you put different URLs in one order so you can't cancel if an item is sold out. Overall disappointing experience and will not use again.

Dear Delivered Korea, I have a pending shipping items on your warehouse which Delivered by Atomy. With reference of package ID number 10231114. Normally,if you received my orders came from atomy couple of days you will send thru email the tracking number which right after we will do the shipping arrangement from your warehouse bound to the address where we want to send it like out status we're gonna ship in Doha Qatar. Unfortunately I've send multiple emails to you but no one is responding my concern.your diverting your reply that Dowland this and chat with this. I've been sending multiple chats for 3 days but unfortunately no one is replying there. I'm calling on your contact details +820517477791 and +8251742777 it's just ringing and ringing only and no one it's attending the calls.For your information we're calling overseas calls International so we're getting charged What is your plan for our items which Delivered already in your warehouse? We already fill in the forms and after it's just say your request has been successfully submitted. Then what's the next? We need to receive the TRACKING NUMBER If that is the next. We just need to arrange book courier from your warehouse to the said shipping country address. Please I need you immediately action response and solutions. Note: Take note the products was delivered last JULY 31,2026 and now is AUGUST 17,2026 What are we waiting for?

Just placed and received my second…

Just placed and received my second order from them. I al usually buying from Musinsa but they don't ship to Europe so using a proxy like DK is really amazing. The repackage option is really good as it helps save money on shipping cost. In my case, shipping was $64 USD so roughly €54, it got shipped on July 31st and I received it August 3rd. Staff members did they’re absolute best in making sure I received everything/that the products were still available too and I am really thankful for that. 당신의 일에 진심으로 감사드립니다

Only buy from there if you instantly ship your items out

Only buy from there if you instantly ship everything out. Waited some time since I was busy as hell with work. Shipping was like 200+ (they left everything in the packages they came with and Didn’t even check if everything was in these boxes) Could have at least saved 120+ on shipping cuz if were mostly small items in big boxes. Storage fees were 850 for like 1month or so? Not including all of their other fees. Not saying that this is the only website with crazy fees since every “proxy” or online shop from Korea charges you crazy prices:)

We would like to share some context on how these costs are calculated. International shipping fees are based on the actual or volumetric weight of a package, whichever is higher, along with box size, destination, and carrier rates. Repackaging into a smaller box is available as an optional service that can be requested once your packages arrive — this can help reduce volumetric weight and shipping cost when a shipment contains mostly small items, so we recommend requesting it early if you would like to minimize your box size. Regarding storage, each package receives 45 days of free storage from its arrival date, after which a fee of $1 USD per package per day applies. Please note that consolidating multiple packages into one shipment does not reset this period — fees are still calculated based on each package's original arrival date, which is why storage costs can add up when several packages have been with us for some time. We understand this information could have been easier to find in advance, and we are working on making our fee guidance clearer going forward. We would really like to review your specific case. If you could kindly share your order number or package ID with us at [email protected], we would be happy to check whether repackaging could have reduced your shipping cost and provide a full breakdown of your storage fees. Unhelpful customer service, who will fight against you.

Delivered Korea was a disappointing experience. I paid for shipping, but my parcel was never delivered because of a local courier issue, with no delivery attempt made. Communication was vague, and I was left facing the possibility of paying again (+ fees + possible customs) for a service that was never completed. I am still fighting tooth and nail for a refund / compensation, even getting written proof from the local courier (1h call) that they would refund Delivered Korea, but the issue is still not resolved after 1 week of back-and-forth. I want this issue to be over. I am tired of feeling like I am fighting against the customer service. If anyone is having any issue with local delivery, Delivered Korea won't be able to make a claim for Packet and EMS shipments.

We would like to clarify how claims work for Packet and EMS shipments. Unlike express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, Packet and EMS shipments are handled through the local postal network's own delivery and claims process once they leave our hands. This means that any refund or compensation for a delivery issue must go through that carrier's internal investigation, and the final decision and timeline are determined by them rather than by Delivered Korea directly. We understand this distinction was not made clear enough in advance, and we recognize how frustrating it is to be caught in the middle of this process. We're glad to see that this matter has since been resolved, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout what was clearly a stressful process.
