⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from Stella I would like to say a huge thank you to Stella for her excellent service and support. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — professional, helpful, patient, and always straight to the point. Stella took the time to listen carefully to all the dates and holiday requirements I provided and then looked into the best available options for me. Her advice was extremely helpful, and she genuinely went out of her way to find suitable availability rather than simply giving me the first option available. Her communication has also been excellent. Whenever we exchanged messages, she was thoughtful, responsive, and kept me updated. You can tell that she genuinely cares about helping her customers and making sure they get the right holiday arrangements. It has been a pleasure dealing with Stella, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to anyone looking to book a holiday. Thank you again, Stella, for all your help and for going the extra mile. You’ve been brilliant! 👏😊

I recently booked 5 tickets through Crystal Travel, and Harris was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He assisted us from start to finish and made everything so much easier. Our tickets and travel dates were quite complicated, but Harris took the time to understand what we needed. He even asked whether we could be flexible with our dates so he could find us better and cheaper options. He was patient, helpful, and really went the extra mile to get us a good deal. I’m very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Crystal Travel, especially Harris, to anyone looking for flights at a good price with great customer service. Booked many tickets with Crystal Travel. The Staff is really friendly expecially Jose very friendly and trustworthy, I always spam him with dates and questions but the guy is really sweet and easy to talk to. I would recommend this Travel agency to everyone. Looking forward to book more tickets in the future.
