The customer service is CRAP!!!!
The customer service is CRAP!!!!! They have no issues taking your money. That's gone in a flash. But don't every to to an exchange. My return has been stuck in preparing your order for 5 days. No answers from their stupid chat bot and even less from a human. This has been the worst online purchase in a long time!!!! Do better CROCS USA. Because this ain't it!!

Genuinely one of the worst ordering…
Genuinely one of the worst ordering experiences of my life. Took over a week to ship and then took basically another week to deliver. Still hasn’t even come. Their estimate was the 15-17, I ordered bc I should’ve had enough time before I was going away. Actually estimated to come the 25. Ridiculous

I was super excited to try crocs for…
I was super excited to try crocs for the first time. i ordered the tmnt crocs off the online store. they sent me the wrong size. i went to their exchange portal. which straight up does not work. ended up having to choose to just return them. i sent them back then i got an email saying they had received them. and it would take between 10 to 14 days for a return. which is already a wild amount of time, i paid 73 dollars for green rubber and i'm on day 13 now and still haven't gotten my refund. I have no idea if I like the feel of crocs and i never will cause they will not be getting anymore of my money

Bait and Switch Scammers!
They promise a 15% discount code if you sign up for email and texts, but the code they send you doesn't actually work for Crocs shoes. Will be blocking them and reporting their texts and emails as spam..🤬

I would give crocs an -100 if I could
I would give crocs an -100 if I couod. Their customer service is awful and don't bother calling them as they do not help and don't care if they do. I was told that by an agent. Never buy the shoes because it is impossible to send them back or get a refund for their website mistakes of chargiing you twice. It is a useless company that knows they have issues with their server and their website and their orders but simply do not care. Worst customer service I have ever had and all I wanted to do is order a pair of shoes. Wow
