No Customer Service
My laser only worked for a few months. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever seen. The only "support" I have received has been by email at night and only one email per night if lucky. It has now been well over a month of back and forth as well as receiving multiple parts for the laser. (some multiple times) none of which have solved the issue. I will continue to make support request as the device is still under warranty however I have no faith that the issue will be resolved.

Follow up at 3 months.
It is now approaching 3 months of trying to get resolution for rotary device not working out of the box on Falcon A1 Pro with Lightburn. They repeatedly request videos of it not working or how the one way to connect cable is connected. The keep delaying and delaying rather than considering the possibility that the device is defective and should be replaced. At least that could check off one item from list of possibilities. I am not a moron but they continue to treat me a such. I am at the point where I should sell it, give it away or put it in the trash and not dump the problem on someone else.

DO NOT PURCHASE NO AFTERSALES SALES SERVICE OR WARRANTY COVER
It’s a shame that this company is let down with non-existent aftersales. I purchased my Creality Falcon 2 Pro laser engraver/cutter thinking I was buying a quality piece of equipment from a quality company. How wrong was I! My new machine arrived on the 10th July and on assembly I found that the sliding protective screen was split along the bar used to slide it up and down. This to me is a crucial safety feature as it protects the user from the laser radiation and protects the user’s eyes. I raised this defect under the warranty and nobody from Creality.UK has had the curtesy to get back to me. I have sent two emails to each of all the email addresses I can find both in this country and abroad and no-one has every had the decency to reply. I have also filled out the online support form twice and again no response. (Trust Pilot will not allow me to show these addresses) Each time I gave my order number and date of purchase along with photos of the damage and no-one is interested. In desperation I finally made contact with Creality Falcon through support.creality.com where I was able have an online chat with a human. I was then given a ticket No. #20260720894624 and told that an agent with be in contact within 24-48 hours. This time has now passed and I am still waiting. If any-one is thinking about making a purchase from this company I would strongly recommend against it as you will have no warranty or after sales service. They will not answer your emails They do not respond to the online forms And when you do eventually make contact, you are given a ticket number and then forgotten about. A company that sells faulty equipment and does not honour the warranty is a company that should not be trusted. I would suggest that if you want a laser cutter to look elsewhere, as Creality are very quick to deliver new items but are not interested in any form of after sales care.

Shocking customer Service
I ordered 16 boxes of 3mm basswood and without me noticing, they put in a 5mm box on the order. When it was delivered I asked if it could be exchanged as my machine won't cut 5mm and they are insisting I pay for the return. Shockingly bad customer service considering as I, a few days, later ordered 20 boxes, whilst the complaint was still being investigated. I am not on my own with the problems with customer service. Use an alternative supplier if you need good customer service
