I am starting to seriously regret…
I am starting to seriously regret buying a laser from them and I have yet to start that machine . Before buying it they are full of promises and communication is instant . Not matter the time be it 3 am or 3 pm, Monday or Saturday night, you will get instant communication . All so polite . The problem is after you paid . The after sale is abysmal . You send a message and it takes three days to reply and the reply is unsatisfactory . Before buying it I really explained that I needed to be taught how to use that laser . Of course promises of full support was given to me . I didn’t need to worry. Well my full support came into the form of a 90 seconds promotional video with music in the background and no tutorial showing me how to switch on the machine . That’s it . I bought a “backpack laser “ . Honestly the design is so bad it is impossible to carry . I had to buy an harness at an extra £150 to be able to carry it . I have yet to start the machine because it’s incompatible with standard compressors ( which you need ) . So because they didn’t provide me with a connector I am now spending a week trying to find a solution because nobody has a clue how to connect it . It has been problem after problem and every time instead of taking responsibility they dismiss it . Like I bought an extractor and they sent it to me with a hole going right through in the filter. The last filter before the mechanical components . A filter that contain small carbon granule which in my opinion will go right through the fan and mechanical components . But apparently no I shouldn’t worry and anyways if it’s damaged it’s not their fault but the custom fault . Before that they sent me the wrist monitor via a different carrier and when I opened the box it was missing . The carrier had 1 star out of 10000 reviews. Once again don’t expect an instant replacement . It took a month before they finally agreed to send a replacement . I am worried now of the decision I made . I tried to cut the middle man by buying directly from them and that might be a big mistake .

Buying an industrial laser machine from HantenCNC has been the worst decision for my business. Their quality control is non-existent—the unit arrived defective, forcing me to ship parts back to China and losing months of operation. Their post-sales support is terrible, promises are constantly broken, and communication is completely unprofessional. Even after promising in writing to provide basic re-assembly instructions when the repaired parts arrived, they failed to send anything, leaving my business paralyzed once again. They have zero respect for their clients' time and money. Stay away from HantenCNC if you value your business.
