Lack of transparency - in delivery time
I placed two orders last week because the items were listed as in stock — that’s the only reason I chose Connox. Now I’ve received a message saying that processing will take longer than expected and that the delay cannot be accelerated. What I don’t understand is why this wasn’t communicated upfront. If there had been a clear indication of the actual processing time, I might have chosen another retailer or at least made an informed decision. Transparency is a form of honesty. There is also no information about the length of the delay. Are we talking about a week, a month, or longer? A bit more clarity would make a big difference.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Connox. Their products are competitively priced and very good quality. I received my items within 5 days which considering they come from Germany is impressive. One of my bowls was broken and I had a response from customer services within 24 hours. They sent out a replacement immediately. Thank you Connox I will definitely be using you again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending you!

I'm in the UK and have ordered from…
I'm in the UK and have ordered from Connox a few times. I am aware of Customs and so never go over that limit intentionally. Their items are competitively priced and brands that are not easy to find in the UK and I have always been really happy with everything I have ordered so far. I also, knowing I am ordering from Germany, will only buy things that I know I want re returning items etc.

Just make sure your order value is less than 135 gbp and you will have no additional taxes to pay for uk delivery. My order arrived in 4 days and was rhe cheapest price on the internet. Be patient. We often want things right away, no problems in recommending this company. I wrote the reveiw to balance out the negative reveiw they have received. Remember they ship from germany.
