Why is Coinomi still partnered with N.exchange? (Ticket #1336125 ignored)
I contacted Coinomi support regarding their integration partner N.exchange on August 10, 2026 (Ticket #1336125). My 6,000 USDT have been frozen by N.exchange since December 2022 — over 4 years. N.exchange confirmed in writing that there is NO criminal case or law enforcement investigation against my funds. The freeze is their internal decision. Within 17 minutes of receiving my deposit, N.exchange forwarded my funds to Binance — no real AML check was conducted. N.exchange is a classic "nested service" — an exchange that operates through a larger exchange without proper KYC/AML oversight. This practice is increasingly scrutinized by regulators, and courts are already dealing with similar cases. I contacted Coinomi and asked if they are aware of this and whether they review their partners. I received no response. I have now contacted investigative journalists at ICIJ and offered them the full chain of evidence — including the fact that integration partners like Coinomi were notified but chose not to respond. If Coinomi promotes "security" and "self-custody," why are they partnering with a company that holds user funds for years without legal basis? Shouldn't they be responsible for the partners they integrate?

Im using coinomi 4 a lot of years now ..but since 2026 ... the phone app is ... 1/10 functionability ... 1/10 after restoring the coinomi wallet and scanning the wallets ... 0 funds ... 0 ... to process the XMR is not working,, you will imput thousands of time the password .. nothing happens,,,, support reply ... ... ... on app no reply since MAY 2025 .... what can i say .... AWFULLLL After 8 HOURS i have notifyed support XMR cant pe processed,,, as support i give 1/10 awfull copy paste support ... technicall 1/10 .. worst people who dont have knowledge of what is going ... app 0/10 a piece of nothing ..... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! in 31/5/2026 ... monero is in the same situation ...:))
