Paid $29.99 USD on August 28, 2026. The product does not work at all. Clicking “Write & Plan Your Post” immediately throws: “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred.” I could not use any paid feature.I emailed support asking to cancel auto-renew and refund the $29.99. No reply.Worse: when I try to cancel in the account dashboard, they demand an extra $11 fee just to cancel. So I already paid for a broken product, they will not refund it, they ignore support emails, and they want more money to let me leave.This is the worst SaaS billing experience I have ever seen. Do not give this company your card. Dispute the charge with your bank. Amount: $29.99 USD Date: August 28, 2026

The Circleboom charged me twice for a month subscription and I cannot connect to my X account. Their email support doens't respond to my emails and also ALL phone numbers to them are either disconnected or goes to "Google VM"... I am blocking them on my credit care now.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. I paid AUD $240 for a yearly subscription, and they offered a free trial for another bit of their program. When I log in to use the program, it seems they want more money for me to use any of the more interesting things they offer. So after a couple of weeks I decide to write off the $240 I paid cancel my subscription so they don't renew in 12 months time, and just . But when cancelling, they inform me they want me to pay another $120 for the "free trial" of something I didn't even want in the first place. So I now have cancelled my credit card so they can't charge it, and relish the thought of them legally trying to enforce this "debt" on me. I consider Circleboom to be a con and would advise you go nowhere near them.
