Honestly it’s not so much their…
Honestly it’s not so much their products but their customer service. I recently had vsg and was told to take the multi vitamins with iron. Well I couldn’t it made me sick no matter which way I took it. I spent a lot of money on the vitamins and the calcium as well. When I called to tell the they said the most we could do was give you a gift card but sen everything back and you have to pay for the shipping back. Mind you I paid for shipping when I bought the items and was NOT refunded the shipping cost for that. When I went to ship them it was $20 dollars to send $20 my refund was for 45.99 but I had to spend $20 to return items that didn’t work. NOW in order to use the gift card I have to buy and item and STILL pay $13-20 to have it sent to me. So if I got an item that was $45.99 I would be spending $57 because I have to pay for shipping! Make that make sense!! I spent more money returning the times and will have spent more money trying to replace it! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Sad but when you have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY POLICIES NO THANK YOU! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Super Service, super Produkte!
Ich finde die Produkte super, vor allem aber auch der Kundenservice. Ich habe Fragen über ein Kontaktformular eingereicht und super schnell eine richtig tolle Antwort bekommen und auch der Kundenservice nach meiner Bestellung war grandios. Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Ich werde nun dauerhaft hier bestellen.

Mein Vitaminhaushalt ist gut gedeckt durch Celebrate Vitamins. Ich habe nach meiner Omega Loop Operation viele Vitamine ausprobiert. Mit Celebrate fühle ich mich wohl und ich vertrage sie gut. Nehme sie seit 2022

Great Company and Products
After my bariatric surgery, Celebrate was suggested by my surgeon and dietitian as a company to purchase my vitamins and supplements from. I have had an excellent experience with both the products and customer service. There was an issue with one of the shipments, and their customer service responded promptly to my email. The customer service representative was very attentive to my concerns and provided an unexpected resolution that was most generous. Their products are excellent, their customer service is one of the best I have had interaction with, and I will ensure that they are my "go-to" company for all my future bariatric vitamin and supplement needs. I would recommend this company for anyone needing bariatric vitamins and supplements.

Ich habe Mitte September 2x Vitamin D a 5000 pro Tablette bestellt mit der Bitte darum das diese 2 Dosen bis wenigstens Ende 2026 mindesthaltbar sind. Bei der letzten Bestellung waren die Produkte nur noch 6 Monate haltbar. Nun bekam ich 2Dosen die nur bis Mai haltbar sind. Da ich die Tabletten teile, habe ich jetzt eine Dose bezahlt die ich nicht gebrauchen kann. Die Dienstleistung der Firma ist unterirdisch. Ich denke das ich das Vitamin D in Zukunft einfach woanders erwerbe. Celebration ist nicht mehr weiterzuempfehlen. H.Krause
