Avoid them at all cost
It’s an awful experience every time i order through them. I try as much as possible to not choose the cargus option on delivery because it’s always the same story: the parcel is sent to multiple centers, gets stuck, i have to wait over the predicted time and i have no other choice. I thought its a closed case at first but every parcel had the same issue. Recently i ordered something and from one center ( relatively close) went to another (that was closer) and from that center it just got stuck. I reached out to them to see what happened and they told me that today (the last day of the shipping policy they have) it’s not possible to drom it at the pick up point. I asked if they cannot drop it (because that pick up point has a very small working time) or the parcel won’t reach the city physically. They told me “the parcel is at X center, it won’t be put in the pick up point until Monday”… first of all that’s not what i asked and second you already told me that. I assume they don’t have as many employee as they need in the big centers but if they don’t provide i think they should let others that can and will be at least invested in shipping.

Serviciul are o atitudine complet…
Serviciul are o atitudine complet inadecvată. Coletele nu sunt livrate la timp, iar curierii inventează probleme inexistente pentru a evita livrarea mărfurilor la adresă. Serviciul este 0, nu nicio 1.

Și o stea este prea mult pentru această…
Și o stea este prea mult pentru această firmă! Serviciu foarte slab! Coletul a fost dus la un depozit in Dragomirești fără acordul meu. Eu nu pot să îl ridic de acolo si eu am plătit pentru a fi adus la domiciliu. Am făcut reclamație joi și, până astăzi, Cargus nu a fost în stare să rezolve problema . Zilnic scriu cu ei pe chat și promit ca aduc pachetul acasă dar în zadar. Pachetul stă la ei în căldură de o săptămână. Lipsă totală de responsabilitate și respect față de client. Nu recomand Cargus! Fac reclamație și la DHL în Germania ca să nu mai colaboreze cu ei.
