MERY SUR SEINE
We've been using camping carpark sites for several years now and always to our full satisfaction until this year. We were on the carpark at MERY SUR SEINE and booked and paid for one day. The following day we decided to visit Troyes and extend our stay a day. However, we forgot to book a second day. So when we returned at the carpark at 10 PM, we were camping with a tent and our tent was still on their park, we couldn't enter the park because it was fully booked they said. We were willing to pay for an extra night but no, we had to break up the tent and leave. We weren't even allowed to enter with our car to load our things. Justine from costumersupport was very rude to us and at a certain moment even hung up the phone on us. We had to leave or we would be fined with an amount of € 50,- additional on the amount for the extra night. We had nowhere to go so we parked the car outside the park and stayed the night in our tent. At midnight the 'very friendly" Justine called us but ofcourse we were asleep at that time. so she used voicemail. Just to tell us that our stay was illegal and that we would be fined with € 50,-. In the morning it was quite a hassle to get our car on the park to load our stuf and use the toilet and douches although we paid for the night and paid the fine. Never in our life have we been treated like this, so rude, unfriendly and with no compassion at all. Yes we made a mistake not booking for another night but there was no willingness to find a solution. There was more then enough space on the carpark and it was by far not fully booked and our tent was already(stil) there. I've pictures to proof that the carpark was far from being fully booked. Such a negative experience. So never again will we use the park in MERY SUR SEINE we also cannot because we've banned from that site. as if we would ever even consider to visit it again.

Ho messo tre stelle non perché in tutte le aree sosta siano accettabili, il problema è stato a Nantes, area sosta non bellissima, senza corrente elettrica e con un costo di 20,00 €, a differenza di altre sosta più carine e con n costo inferiore, un grosso problema è la lingua, specialmente con l'app, tra l'altro migliorabile

aire très grande
Aire très grande. Très accessible avec la remorque moto. Départ de piste cyclable aussi. Et une piscine à coté très appréciée en été. Une petite panne d'électricité mais qui a été vite résolue .Sanitaires corrects et propres. Eau chaude. Snack à proximité.

Diefstal door Camping Car Park
Stel je hebt eenmalig een camper gehuurd. Je komt toevallig uit op een camperplaats van Camping Car Park. Na veel gedoe om in te loggen blijkt opeens dat ze je 5 euro meer afhandig maken dan de overnachtingsprijs is. Daar ben ik het niet mee eens maar neem (nog) geen actie. Een paar dagen later weer op zo'n CCR plek. En dat halen ze opeens 49 euro van de rekening af zonder dat de mogelijkheid bestaat het juiste bedrag in te voeren. Natuurlijk contact opgenomen. Blijkt dat er opeens een tegoed staat van mij op hun rekening. Diefstal!. Maar ik wil niet nogmaals gebruik maken van dit bedrijf en wil van hen verlost zijn. Na veel gezeur willen ze mijn rekening (waar ik niet om heb gevraagd) opheffen tegen betaling van 12 euro. Nogmaals DIEFSTAL. Maar ik ga hier niet mee akkoord.
