Once again Caramba Car did not disappoint. Attentive service at the airport and always available for advice en route. We have been loyal customers for many years. Sorry Caramba Team for leaving the car dusty and dirty. We just had too much fun in Tarifa to make it back in time AND clean the car properly … 😬

We hired a car from Caramba cars last month during our stay in Benalmádena. We only needed a car for 3 days and found it difficult to find a company which would hire for such a short period during the summer season so we were delighted when I got in touch with Caramba. From start to finish we had a great experience. Booking was easy and what really made the difference is that for a small fee Caramba can drop off the car to your hotel (depending on location I guess). This was invaluable for us as we were travelling with a young child so it was great to have the car dropped off at a pre determined time rather than trying to arrange taxis to a pick up office. The co even kindly allowed a later drop off time on the day as we weren't ready to leave the hotel at the arranged time. The car was exactly as described, clean and the paperwork was completed in a few minutes. We got the premium package which gives huge comfort as zero excess then applies. We did not have any car issues during the rental period. There was one slight admin issue where we got charged twice - we had prebooked but were charged again on drop off however once I contacted the Co, the money was refunded immediately- no delayed replies or disputes or difficulty making contact with the company. Things like that make all the difference in my opinion. We dropped the car at Malaga airport and someone from Caramba was there waiting to collect it at the allocated time. Highly recommend this company and we'll definitely hire from them again.

Excellent service. Our car was delivered to our hotel in Torremolinos exactly on time. It was in perfect condition. The return of the car to Express parking at the airport went smoothly as well. All round, a great experience!
