I had an excellent experience buying a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (BMPCC OG) from Camistry.eu. Before placing my order, I contacted them through WhatsApp to ask if they could ship to the UAE. They responded very quickly, answered all of my questions, and guided me through the entire purchasing and shipping process. Their customer service was friendly, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The camera arrived in just one week, which was faster than I expected. Most importantly, the BMPCC OG was in fantastic condition, especially considering it's a 13-year-old camera. It was exactly as described and works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Camistry.eu to anyone looking for quality used camera gear. Thank you for the great service!

Pros and cons. .
Emails are obviously not answered in principle, communication is slow via WhatsApp, after return the full purchase price was not refunded. Even a question about this was not answered. But end of they day no big trouble and interesting items on website.

Awesome experience buying from this store, and especially from the guy behind it, Matteo. He's super quick to reply. We had a minor hiccup with the shipping company, but Matteo sorted it out fast and kept me in the loop the whole time. As for the camera, I loved the presentation—it was very professional and really well protected. Fantastic experience, and I’d definitely buy another camera from Camistry in the future. So happy with my purchase!

Above expectations for used gear
Bit of a scare when getting a used camera body as I thought it was damaged but it was indeed only cosmetic, as per the description. The item had been indeed properly tested and the communication was great. Plus the prices are honestly very attractive. Would buy again from them without hesitation
