Been using BuddyNS for over ten years…
Been using BuddyNS for over ten years now. The majority of that time for free, now I pay for an account just to support them and out of respect. Great and very useful service, they let you do things the big guys charge you an arm and a leg for. I learned quite a bit about DNS over the years thanks to BuddyNS. Top notch company and service.

Reliable, responsive and easy to use

Easy to use, 100% reliable, but support is still highly competent
It just works, the webpage is simple, but describes the features very well. Information about pricing, list of features and the documentation is clearly visible without logging in or registering. No BS (like contact us or request a quote). But when you need them and contact them, they answer within hours on a Sunday night, even to the most technical questions. Talked to support 3-4 times over the 5 years I've been using them, and it was always a great experience. They have service locations everywhere you need, and I found one with less than 10ms ping from my country (and users). The best unique feature they have is the delegation lab, where you are instantly notified of issues and you can also request instant zone transfers. They even send automated emails if your domains start failing, which means that I didn't just get a secondary service, but I actually got included free monitoring too automatically for my DNS infrastructure.

I love your service..it’s worked flawlessly for the 3+ years I’ve been using it. Very simple UI to work with, does just want I wanted and needed without any extra flannel.
