Fantastic service from Giuseppe who went above and beyond to get the timepiece to me in the shortest possible time with no additional charge.Despite being out of the country when I made my enquiry Giuseppe was quick to respond, giving me peace of mind that BrothersinTime were an ideal choice for such an expensive purchase. Once the purchase had been agreed, he kept me well updated on my order and the delivery. The watch is was described as perfect and when it arrived it was absolutely pristine, considering it was 'pre-loved'. Like many others before me, I am absolutely delighted with the whole purchase experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering a luxury watch!

Very good customer service.
I bought a watch through Brothers in Time; Guiseppe kept me well informed on progress and provided additional information on request. When I received the watch - I contacted Guiseppe to raise a minor point, he acted with absolute urgency and with true customer service at mind to resolve. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend BiT and Guiseppe.
