If at all possible I would completely…never trust a word that anyone at this company says to you
If at all possible I would completely avoid having any to do with this company. My experience with broadspire happened when their client caused flood damage to.my rental property thru their negligence and the broadspire adjuster told me to have my tenant find other living arrangements while the repairs were being completed and not to charge them during that period because they would cover the cost for the time that the home was not usable due to the damage caused by their client. 3 months later after all repairs were completed the desk adjusted above the adjuster I had felt with stated that their adjuster had lied to me.and.that they would not be paying anything to cover the time that the home was unusable and that whatever cost I had covered the entire time were just not her concern and there was not going to be anything they would do to honor the instructions their adjuster gave me. In the end it felt like it was all a strategy that they purposely used to just get my tenant out of the way and avoid having to provide any living arrangements. I suggest that if you ever deal with this company don't trust a word they say and if you get Lauren Logan definitely do not trust her.

Scam travel insurance
Scam travel insurance. I bought travel insurance from goready and they had this broadspire as their third party claim processor. whatever that means. Short story is: broadspire is both scam and scum. I hold a life insurance license myself and they used lingos even I could not understand. I traveled to Indonesia flying Philippines Airlines in Business class in 2022. I missed connections due to Philippines airlines being trash themselves and I incurred additional expenditure due to this. I submitted my claim in 2022 and they tried to delay / not pay me. They succeeded.

Unfortunately there is no option of given then no star. They don’t even deserve one. I had to deal with them as a part of travel insurance offered by my Tour company! So glad it was just a small pitiful clam of $75 bucks for a busted suitcase. I can’t even imagine having to deal with them on a serious claim. It’s a waste of time even filing a claim. They will find a reason to deny it! So my advice is, do not bother buying insurance from this company. Save your money and save yourself aggravation.

THE DEFINITION OF INCOMPETENT
This outfit is the most incompetent, disgusting bunch of incompetent, total lacking of common sense and empathy when it comes to a work related injury that the world could ever thrust upon anyone. I have come to not call them Broadspire but Boobspire. Do not hesitate to reach out to a Workers Compensation attorney. He or she will treat you better and make sure you receive the empathy and proper healhcare to recover from you work related injury.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my choice! This place is horrible! I have no idea why my company went with these losers in the first plece!!! They have not paid me my disability hours and NO ONE is calling me back!!! I will shout to the mountains about this company! They are absolutely horrible. Everyone at my company that has had to deal with them has bad stories.
