Absolutely stunning location, top property.
We stayed in Demelza in July 2026, the location was absolutely stunning, right by a river with wildlife all around: just what we were after. The pictures do not capture the tranquillity of the location. It is set in a wildflower meadow by a slight bend in the river, a fabulous view from the terrace. The decor and furnishings in the property are top quality. All the equipment, kitchen etc worked well and was kept to ' as new' standard. The welcome flowers, cream tea, milk, bread and butter were a lovely treat The wildlife is right on your doorstep -kingfishers, otters, bats and endless dragonflies and butterflies . So comfortable, private and peaceful. Easy search function with map facility meant we could find property close to our chosen holiday location.

Exceptional stays at Coorie and Corry Bothy
We have now stayed in both Corry Bothy on the Isle of Skye and Coorie in the Highlands, and both have been absolutely exceptional. Each property is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, luxurious yet incredibly cosy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered, making each stay feel truly special. Corry Bothy stole our hearts with its breathtaking waterfront setting, ever-changing views and peaceful atmosphere. Watching the wildlife from the windows while relaxing by the fire is something we will never forget. Coorie was equally wonderful in a different way – surrounded by the beauty and tranquillity of the Highlands, offering comfort, space and the perfect base for exploring this spectacular part of Scotland. A special thank you also goes to Boutique Retreats. From booking to arrival, everything was seamless. Their communication was excellent, the information provided was clear and helpful, and the standard of the properties exceeded our already high expectations. Boutique Retreats has become our favourite company for holiday cottages, and after this two unforgettable stays and other precious stays in Cornwall and Devon, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, beautiful locations and impeccable service, look no further. Thank you for helping us create memories that will stay with us forever.

A Standout Company in Holiday Letting
Having tried nearly all of the Holiday letting agencies and been left totally disappointed in the poor quality and standards we were blown away by our experience with Boutique Retreats. Going away is meant to be an upgrade to your normal standards or at least equal. Boutique Retreats achieved this along with the property owner and it made a big difference to us. Thank You for meeting our expectations and we will be using you again.

First class holiday rental accommodation backed by exceptional customer service
Website is easy to navigate. Superb selection of top quality holiday rental properties to view with detailed descriptions and photographs. Booking is simple and the customer care support is outstanding. On our most recent holiday we had a week’s stay in Ula, a beautiful cottage for two in an absolutely stunning location in Porthleven, Cornwall. The sea views were amazing as was the accommodation itself. This scandi style cottage has everything you need to have a great holiday, never to be forgotten!
