Site ou la médecine est un business Un ami a utilisé le site booking.health pour se faire soigner à l' étranger . Malheureusement,il est décédé dans l'hôpital avant le début du traitement. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à obtenir le remboursement d une petite partie de la facture malgré les règles de booking health Les dirigeants de cette entreprise font de la santé un business très lucratif. Malgré le contrat que vous signez avant tout début de prestation et qui prévoit des clauses de remboursements en cas de problème,par exemple soins prévus non effectués (décès),il est extrêmement difficile d obtenir un remboursement. .Grace à l intervention d' une association de consommateurs,nous avons pu obtenir un remboursement partiel. D autres part,lorsque vous rentrez en transaction avec eux pour essayer de récupérer au moins un peu d argent,vous devez signer une clause interdisant d aller sur les réseaux sociaux pour écrire toutes les difficultés que vous avez rencontré. C est pourquoi vous ne trouverez quasiment jamais d avis défavorable. Selon des associations de consommateurs, booking heathl a de nombreux litiges avec ses clients. Un conseil ne passez pas par eux mais utilisez directement les services internationaux qui se trouvent dans tous les grands hôpitaux européens.

Since our first contact with the team…
Since our first contact with the team at booking health right through until after the treatment they were so efficient, kind, professional and understanding. From our initial MDT and arrangements (with Kate) they were excellent, very prompt and efficient. There was a delay from my local hospital with files, but the understood and were patient. Then with the travel coordinator (Hishem) he referred us to hotels and advice on the city, organising the transfers. He was very nice and professional. The driver (Stepan) that collected us and brought us back and forth from the clinic and airport over the 2 weeks was lovely, very nice man, safe driver, lovely car. All the hassle taken away. Then at the clinic we had a lovely lady as our translator (Claudia), she was very helping reassure my wife during the procedures and meetings. She couldnt do enough for us and was very helpful, providing updates and arrangements with the company itself. Then the staff in the clinic (LDG Laboratories in Berg) were very professional and welcoming. Dr Gansauge the director of the Laboratories met with ourselves, went through everything. All the staff in the clinic were excellent and friendly. It was spotless clean and in such a beautiful location. Overall we really found the service from Booking Health and the LDG Laboratories to be amazing, the staff were so friendly and professional, it really helped by taking the stress and hassle away, we wouldn't have been able to find and and arrange the clinic or procedure without them. Really could not praise them all enough. Would highly recommend there services.

Lucky to have found BookingHealth.
On March 2026 my family's world came upside down. My husband was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiform. Following an intense research on the internet, I was lucky enough to locate BookingHealth. From the moment I received their first phone call, not only did they fully notify me about all the aspects of the disease, but they also reassured me that everything would go better than planned. Then we travelled to Germany and Tanja, Julia and our translator Aksana were no less than great throuh every step of the way. Every detail of the journey, including our accomodation, were carefully planned and the program was strictly followed. Professor Gansauge is an amazing person with the required knowledge, experience and lots of humor. We have already reccommended BookingHealth to a close friend in Greece, who faces a different, but difficult health issue.

Started great but now delaying our refund
Unfortunately what started as a great experience turned sour quickly. Booking Health were helpful and communicative to begin with but then, after we had paid the cost of the surgery with a plan for a date in place, we were then told the day before that it was being delayed by 5 days. By this point my father had deteriorated and was unfit to travel or have surgery so is now dying. Despite assuring us that if he became too unwell to travel we would get our money back straight away, we have been battling for over a month to try to recover it. The team are creating delay after delay and the communication has become sporadic at best. There are endless excuses for delays and 5 weeks later they have not even issued the refund and are not answering our calls. This is a disgraceful way to treat a grieving family, not to mention a breach of the contract. Be wary of Booking Health.
