Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

I used to have only good experiences…
I used to have only good experiences with this shop until I had a problem with an order. It was paid for fully on the day of purchase and yet I have never received it 3 months later. I have sent multiple emails over the months, even contacted the seller directly on social media without ever receiving a response. I have always been happy with the quality of products, sometimes shipping was delayed but I did not care about that. I have a lot of sympathy for overworked people but no communication whatsoever over 3 months is completely unacceptable.

Poor communication
I placed an order at BondageRope.eu on October 15 2025 and paid in full via PayPal, including the additional shipping costs they asked for. The website says shipment in seven days but it took two weeks. I received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no further reply to multiple emails. I had to escalate the case through PayPal before something happened. In the end I did receive the product in good shape but I’m disappointed by the poor communication. Probably he's busy, but it's annoying. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering here.

Bad service, bad communication, haven't received my goods
Bought two ropes but chose a wrong delivery method by accident. Sent them an email, they took a week to reply that I just need to send them the missing shipping fees. Did that in hours through PayPal after receiving the email and informed them about it, and attached the PayPal transaction printout to the email. Two weeks after that no shipping confirmation has been sent to me, although their order confirmation said I'm going to get that when the shipment is out. No reply to the email, nor another to an email I sent them querying about the status of my order. Bad service, bad communication. I have paid, but received nothing, so I must dispute the case through PayPal.
