This is the worst fake tan I've ever…
This is the worst fake tan I've ever used. The pigment gathered in my pores, it's very patchy despite me preparing my skin and it's very drying. I will never use it again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have used their 1-hour express tan twice now, and I am appalled at the quality of this product. I bought the ultra dark version as I like quite a noticeable tan. It goes on very dark, so I was hopeful. The first time I tried it, I left it on for two hours. When I had a shower, it all washed off and left no tan at all. This time I left it on for five hours. I naively felt a little more hopeful as I was really dark by the time I showered. Nothing at all! It literally all washed off and left no tan at all. I wondered if it might continue to develop overnight but no. Please do not waste your money on this fake tan! St Tropez and Skinny Tan are fabulous so please buy those instead. I only bought this one as it was recommended in a magazine, God knows why!

The gradual tan has been my go to fake tan for at least a couple of years because it gave a nice even tanned look straight after application and left a decent amount of tan after showering the next morning. I have just bought two more tubes of this and the packaging has changed so that I wondered whether it was the same product. The cream looks and smells the same as before but does not give the nice brown smooth look on application it did before. The next morning it looks patchy and my arms and legs are extremely dry, as if I hadn’t moisturised for weeks. I assume they have changed the formula. Unfortunately for the worse. I will definitely not buy this again and wish I had bought the gradual tan from another company which I also use regularly but which doesn’t give you the “ready made” nice colour straight after application as it’s just a white cream. This is the reason I opted for the Bondi Sands product. Big mistake!

AWFUL customer service. They were no help whatsoever when my parcel went missing. I had to raise it with my bank to get a refund. Please go through other retailers as they are absolutely useless and could not care less

Selling expired 2023 stock (twice!) – Avoid ordering online
Extremely disappointed with Bondi Sands’ quality control and customer service. I ordered the Gold’n Hour Vitamin C serum, and it arrived completely oxidized (bright orange and unusable). When I checked the batch code (231214), it turned out the product was manufactured in December 2023. After jumping through hoops with customer service to get a replacement, they sent me a second bottle that was also from 2023 and also oxidized. To make it worse, they didn’t send the replacement express, and they didn’t authorize it to be left at my door, meaning I had to go out of my way to the post office just to pick up more expired trash. When I complained, I was offered a "partial refund" and a heart emoji in an email. This isn’t a "gesture of goodwill"—it’s a legal obligation under Australian Consumer Law to refund a faulty product. Nearly three weeks later, I still don't have a usable product. Save your time and money and buy your skincare somewhere that actually rotates their stock.
