**1 Star** I have been a paying Body FX customer for several years, and this experience completely destroyed any trust and loyalty I had with the company. On June 9, 2026, my annual renewal was processed, but I was charged **$180** instead of my grandfathered annual rate of **$135**. I contacted support immediately while the charge was still pending on my credit card and requested a full refund, intending to return after I had resolved some medical conditions that required several months of physical therapy. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From **June 9 through June 17**, there were **17 emails** exchanged between Body FX and me just to resolve what should have been a straightforward billing issue. Instead of honoring my request, they initially refunded only the $45 overcharge. It took numerous emails before they finally explained that they intended to keep the remaining $30. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested the policy they were relying . After several emails, they finally provided a link to their Terms and Conditions. I reviewed the policy, and while it discusses automatic renewals and canceling before the billing date, I could not find language that clearly states the 30-day refund policy applies only to the initial enrollment and not to renewal charges. That distinction was communicated by support, but I could not locate it in the policy they referenced. The company also acknowledged that charging me $180 instead of my grandfathered rate was their own internal billing error. The most disappointing part is that for **$30**, Body FX chose to lose a loyal, long-term customer rather than provide exceptional customer service. The Support Manager, Valerie, read my final email (I have a read receipt confirming it was opened) and chose not to respond. As of **July 2, 2026**, more than **15 days** have passed since this began, and I have received no further response. For $30, Body FX decided that retaining a long-term customer was less important than standing behind their customer service. That decision speaks for itself.

I paid member ship for life some years…
I paid member ship for life some years ago but today I have received and email advising the membership is over, funny thing they offer a new life membership, for what, to revoke it in a couple of years again and make you pay again? Scam much? I would not recommend it.

“In just a few hours we are pulling the plug on Body FX Lifetime Memberships”
I bought a Lifetime Membership but today I received an email stating “This is your last chance. In just a few hours, we are pulling the plug on the Body FX Lifetime Membership” How can a Lifetime Membership be terminated when the company is successful? If I want to retain my “Lifetime Membership” I need to buy a new “Lifetime Membership” Is no-one calling this out for what it is? How can companies get away with this?

Body Fx works - I have been using the access for over 6 years and I love the updates that have been made over this time. The variety of fun engaging workouts is incredible, the results you get are inspiring, and the community support is just what you need to keep you motivated and on track too. Meal plans and Grocery lists are provided including Vegetarian and Vegan options which is perfect for me! 30 minutes of fun accessible workouts 5 times a week gets you to your goal in no time. You can even record your measurements and weight within the app so it is there to support your journey further. I love BODYFX

La app está muy bien, pero...
La app está muy bien, pero no me gusta lo más mínimo que entre las cientos de cosas que puedes hacer no se contemple la cancelación a la suscripción. Que tú no lo puedas gestionar directamente me parece fatal.
