This watch exceeded my expectations
This watch exceeded my expectations. It came with two straps, one in titanium and the other was a black nato strap. For the money in super happy. It looks very well made and great while being worn. I would buy again a Boderry watch.

The watch (Boderry LANDMASTER) arrived…
The watch (Boderry LANDMASTER) arrived with dust or a piece of lint under the crystal. I contacted customer support and they asked me to provide photos and a video. The defect was clearly visible, and their support team confirmed it. We agreed that I would return the watch and that the return shipping cost, almost 15 Euro, would be refunded. However, after they received the watch back, they started sending me photos and videos of a different watch, claiming that everything was fine. They then refused to refund the return shipping cost and offered to refund only the price of the watch. Also, the expedited shipping from the official website took almost two weeks, which was longer than the delivery time stated on the website. A dishonest and untrustworthy business. Update: Boderry messaged me, and we agreed that they would refund the return shipping costs. They also offered 30% sale next order.

I have complete trust in this brand now, couple of months i have been using the watch, it is working nicely. Looks nice as well.

I'm extremely happy with the watch and the speed of delivery. I had no problems whatsoever so can't comment on the quality of the customer service.

No customer service response
This is the brand that works only with one man as a customer care executive. If you have a problem and you try to contact them, you forget about the response. They are not gonna respond if there is any problem from their side. They really prove that they are Chinese.
