I wrote a review earlier this year conveying my sheer disappointment and frustration regarding my order from this company. I reported them to Citizens Advice bureau and they were most helpful with regards to my consumer rights. I still feel that the company should not be allowed to operate on the internet as they are clearly taking peoples money with no intention of sending ANY orders out at all! Then to add insult to injury, they ignore you but still email you every day with fantastic deals. The more people that complain about them the better and at least future customers wont get ripped off!

THIS IS A SCAM
Blueoffer7 IS A SCAM You cannot even return an item if it does show up. Read thier "Refund Policy". It says not to return to the manufacrtuer, but gives no direction where to return. Once yout do return, they "decide" if they want to refund you. Absolute scam. Can't belive they are still able to operate.

I ordered over $300 of merchandise from this pond of scum a year ago. 6 months ago they told me they were sending it again... Never received anything and now they dont even respond to me anymore. I guess they can only lie so much.

Have 6 items to return and 1 still has not shipped. Contacted them about the return dec 19 told to wait till it all arrives now they won’t return any messages
