Blaze was easy to get started with and very straightforward to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take much time to feel comfortable navigating the platform. The AI content suggestions were the biggest surprise, much better than expected, and actually useful for creating strong content quickly. We also tested the automation and scheduling features, and everything worked exactly as it should. Posting was seamless and reliable. One thing worth mentioning as well: the Blaze team is excellent to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly free of sales fluff.

I tested Blaze.ai during the free trial because I was looking for a tool that could help create high-quality marketing content for my e-commerce coffee brand. Unfortunately, the results were not usable for a premium brand. The blog draft was poorly written, repetitive, and included awkward or broken phrasing that would have required a full rewrite before publishing. The newsletter copy had the same issue: generic, low-quality writing that did not feel polished, brand-specific, or ready to send to customers. The video content was also disappointing. The style came across as rustic, generic, and off-brand, and the music choice was especially poor. It did not match the tone of my brand at all. I would not have bought my own product if I had seen and heard that video as a customer. The free trial also felt extremely restrictive. Blaze gives you 200 credits, which sounds generous at first, but then the platform decides the campaign structure for you and severely limits how those credits can actually be used. In my case, I could not meaningfully increase the number of videos, stories, or other content types that would have been more useful for my brand. The trial made it look like I had 200 credits available, but the recommended setup would not let me use anywhere near that amount. That makes it very difficult to properly test whether the platform can actually meet your business needs. The onboarding and campaign setup were also frustrating. I expected to be able to customize the content mix based on what my company needed, but the system kept controlling the output. If a brand needs more short-form videos, more stories, or a different content structure, the trial does not appear to give enough flexibility to properly evaluate that. Changing selections did not improve the outcome in a logical way. The pricing also feels hard to justify. Charging around $80 to $150 per month for basic plans is a lot when the writing, video quality, music selection, and customization controls are this weak. At those prices, I would expect far better brand understanding, better creative control, and content that is much closer to publish-ready. To be fair, Blaze occasionally generated a usable concept or headline idea, but the actual execution was not strong enough. For my needs, the tool did not produce content that was ready to post, publish, or send without significant manual rewriting and redesign. If you are running a premium brand and care about voice, quality, visual consistency, customer trust, and control over your content strategy, I would be cautious. Based on my trial, Blaze.ai may be useful for rough brainstorming, but I would not rely on it for finished marketing content.

I was a big fan of Blaze AI at first—it made it easy to upload my own images and copy and schedule posts across multiple social platforms. Then key features started malfunctioning. After weeks of waiting for a fix, the issue was “resolved” by removing/turning off the exact functionality I relied . The product may still be useful for some users, but I’d be cautious with a company that responds to problems by disabling core features rather than properly fixing them.

It was good until I had a problem, customer service speaking no English and does not understand, so basically they havent been posting on my Tik Tok for 3 months and nobody understands what I am saying.

Can't wait to give Blaze 5 and more stars! It is getting very close. Been using Blaze for over a year now - and as an old Hootsuite user about a decade ago - this is truly a step into the future! I work across four different workspaces and they vary as I have bought them at different times. I build and develop websites for clients and got Blaze as an "add-on" service helping my clients. There are so many upgrades and new developments within Blaze that is is sometimes hard for me (solopreneur) to tag along... Bought 18 months up front for all workspaces and dont regret it! All my work is now in Swedish - and there has been some lost in translation snags 😉

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
