Poor customer service
Ordered Audi ring badges on Jul 9 and never received them. Emailed customer service Aug 5, emailed main address Aug 6, spoke with the owner Henri Frankum +44 7437198435 on Aug 7 and he told me he'd send the refund. Here it is Aug 17 and I have not received anything. PayPal has given him until December to respond, so I'm not happy with them either. I know I will not try to purchase anything else from BlackedBadges, and I will warn others about them too.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT NOT POSSIBLE. Ordered badges for a mk4 Ford Focus, received badges for a Ford Ranger!!!! NO REPLY TO EMAILS, ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a set of two, only received one.
Ordered a set of front and read badges for my Ford Kuga. Not only was it the wrong size compared to what to put on their website, I also only received one badge instead of the set. Sent them an e-mail and reminder that the order was not delivered correctly, until now no reaction what so ever. Update; received a response. However, the company claims that the order was for one front badge, even though they are replying to an email that contains the original order confirmation, which clearly states ‘Front & Rear Badge SET!

Hi I saw blacked badges on tik tok and thought looks good get some black badges for my cars Done that waited 2 weeks for delivery when stated a week took the time trying to debadge my car audi badges the front badge is clip on badge not the easiest to get off but got it new one on it looked a couple mm smaller than the details of the car i gave them Done the back badge was also hard then put the new one on which is a stick on badge with special tape on it after doing that it wasnt sticking down properly at the top Took pics sent them to them trying to blame me wen thats not the case i said give me anew back badge and i will buy another set for for my car done that second badge bit better not perfect They said the front badge was prob upside down to check directional arrows theres no arrows on it only numbers and was the right way up end up having to glue a bit to refit it as they said they are not responsable for breaking it to check th arrows Then my wifes car keeping in mind to nearly new car had the original badges intact before this disaster So her front badge on but to small after giving car info again back badge same as mine not sticky again on 1 side took more pics to contact them They resent me a bigger front badge for my wifes good fit 2 time round and they agreed to refund half the money for wifes car badges since then my account i used to pay for them was closed i gave them new bank details but still tried to refund back to closed one they said thats all they can do So im left with 2 cars with badges not stuck properly and 1 still not right size And still not been refunded my money and they wont answer emails kinda had enough of this with them they are a joke treating people like this hope no one else has had same prob as me My wifes f

Wrong colour/no communication.
Ordered 2x badges. Wrong colour arrived. Raised a return form on their website. Heard nothing. Emailed and messaged on their Facebook page-still nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal who refunded me without hesitation. If you do order from them, pay with PayPal!!
