Active credits, blocked infrastructure, and no technical support
I subscribed to Blackbox AI to integrate it with Visual Studio Code. My account recognizes the available credits, but the agent cannot execute any task because of an authentication failure within the model infrastructure. The system specifically returns a litellm.AuthenticationError / AzureException, indicating an invalid subscription key or incorrect regional endpoint. Blackbox’s configured fallback model chain then fails as well. This is not a user programming error or an insufficient-balance issue; it points to a credential, routing, or configuration problem between Blackbox and its model providers. The seriousness of this case goes beyond the technical failure. I have contacted support multiple times without receiving a diagnosis, incident number, restoration timeframe, or a clear response about the actual availability of the service. Meanwhile, the platform continues to display the credits as active even though they cannot be used. Charging for and displaying available credits while the infrastructure required to use them remains blocked—without explanation or effective support—represents a serious failure of transparency, operations, and accountability toward the customer. The prolonged lack of communication raises legitimate questions about how seriously Blackbox manages its paid services. I recommend that developers and prospective customers carefully verify the service’s actual availability and support responsiveness before subscribing to Blackbox AI. I will update this review if the company provides a technical explanation, restores access, or resolves the case.

I signed up for the subscription due to seeing that I would get more credits in my subscription than the cost, But once I paid I received less credits than advertised to be included. After that I contacted them for a refund which on their home page they say they offer refunds and fast support. No response to my email I have been trying to reach them but I cannot. Now they have pivoted into a openrouter alternative.

Support is useless
Support is useless. Subscription credit went to $0 suddenly and blocked all my development. They will charge you even if you're using the free model.

I got error on VSCODE
I subscribed to use it with VS Code, but it gave an error after only one day. Two days later, someone asked what happened. It's been two days and there's still no answer. The site is unreliable. The VS Code version is unusable. Nobody cares. There's no support team, or they're indifferent.
