Klare Empfehlung – starkes Produkt, fairer Preis und guter Support
Wie oft findet man heutzutage noch richtig gute Produkte zu einem fairen Preis? Unserer Erfahrung nach leider nicht mehr allzu häufig. Umso mehr nehmen wir uns gerne die Zeit, Anbieter mit einem wirklich starken Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis positiv hervorzuheben. DaVinci Resolve läuft bei uns hervorragend, funktioniert wie erwartet und bietet einen enormen Funktionsumfang – und das bereits in der kostenlosen Version. Wir sind mittlerweile vollständig auf die Studio-Version umgestiegen und auch hier überzeugt das Gesamtpaket. Der einmalige Kaufpreis ist absolut fair und besonders angenehm: kein Abo-Modell! Das ist heutzutage erfrischend und hat uns die Kaufentscheidung deutlich erleichtert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem den Kundensupport. Fragen wurden sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet, und angeforderte Unterlagen wie Rechnungen wurden unkompliziert und zeitnah zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – tolles Produkt, fairer Preis und ein Support, der seinen Namen verdient.

Davinci Resolve is Garbage software
Davinci Resolve is Garbage software. Everyone praises the control you have over all the functionality, yet no one talks about how crappy it works. I spent weeks sorting through audio issues that had essentially made the software unusable. Paid to take courses to train me how to use it. Several weeks invested just learning the software only to run into so many issues I thought I was going crazy. The audio is totally broken and after months of trouble shooting why I am unable to hear my audio during editing, I learned it's a Davinci problem that is known with no solution. Absolute garbage. When I called customer support I was told no refund after 15 days!?!?! It took me way more than 15 days to even learn how to use it wtf!! So now after spending $295.00 on a perpetual license I am SOL because I actually tried to learn how to use it before totally giving up. What a load of crap.

Great Products Until You Need Support
We have been using Blackmagic Design products in our recording studios for many years and have generally been very satisfied with the quality and value of their equipment. Unfortunately, our experience with their technical support has been extremely disappointing. Four months ago, we reported a critical issue affecting a device from their IP 2110 product range. After investigating, Blackmagic support confirmed that they were able to reproduce the problem on their side, which clearly indicates that the issue is real and not related to our environment. However, since then, nothing has progressed. We have received no meaningful updates, no workaround, no timeline for a fix, and no indication of whether the problem will ever be resolved. Communication has been very limited, and it seems impossible to obtain information from the product management team. As a result, we are left with a brand-new device that cannot be used because of this bug. For professional customers who rely on their equipment for production environments, this level of support and issue management is simply unacceptable. While we remain satisfied with many Blackmagic products, the lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness when dealing with confirmed bugs has seriously damaged our confidence in the company.

Studio version disappointment: Terrible multi-language AI support and strict VRAM locks
I purchased DaVinci Resolve Studio for its advertised AI audio tools, but the text-to-speech feature (Speech Generator) is deeply disappointing. The native voices only work properly in English; when using other languages, the AI applies an unusable English accent, forcing us to rely on third-party platforms. Furthermore, alternative options like AI Voice Training impose an unadvertised, strict 8 GB VRAM hardware lock that completely blocks me from using the feature. Had I known about these language and hardware limitations beforehand, I would not have purchased this software, as this was the main use I intended to give it.
