Absolutely fraud!!! Lost yr MONEY
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. Honestly, I would NOT recommend trusting this company. Their return process is ridiculous. If you want to return something, YOU have to find a shipping company yourself, PAY for the shipping YOURSELF, and send the product all the way back to China—which can cost a lot of money! And what’s even more shocking? In their original return instructions, they told me to declare the value of the package as less than €20 to avoid customs fees. Seriously?! Then they tell you that you’ll only get your refund after the package arrives in China and they “inspect” it. So basically, you’re supposed to spend a lot of money shipping the item internationally, and there is still no clear guarantee about exactly how much money you will get back. They also offered me only a 40% refund to keep the item. Absolutely not. On top of everything else, I was charged for an additional shipping/protection service that I had CANCELLED! The whole experience has been frustrating, confusing, and extremely disappointing. Their return process is expensive and puts all the responsibility and risk on the customer. Please be VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING from this company. Read every single detail, especially the return policy, because returning an item can mean paying expensive shipping costs to China out of your own pocket. Honestly, if allowed me to give negative stars, I would. ZERO stars is the most this experience deserves.

I ordered a pendant for my sister
I ordered a pendant for my sister. I thought the product was coming from the US because shipping took several weeks. It came from China - which is fine but maybe be clear about that on your site. The jewelry is cute, packaging is very nice. She loved it. And then immediately googled where it came from.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
AWFUL experience. My partner bought me what he thought was a really meaningful, unique necklace and then saw the exact same one on AliExpress for £2.48 after paying £45!! Website looks convincing, they even say based in the US which is a farce! They are based in China. Therefore, the returns address is in... You guessed it CHINA! The return costs vastly exceed what their items are worth. TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Initials Ring
Ordered a ring, was a little suspicious and worried at the start but Carol was great and very reassuring. My ring arrived yesterday and I can not fault it, in fact I love it . Will see how tha quality lasts but so far I’m delighted with it .
