Terrazza sul mare...è stata un esperienza meravigliosa.. L' appartamento oltre a godere dell'ottima posizione, ha tutte le comodità che in vacanza fanno piacere . Lavatrice a uso esclusivo Barbecue Macchinetta del caffè Stoviglie ... E trovare già un kit per le pulizie,caffè, detersivi,asciugamani,non è scontato! Il punto focale però sono Lorenzo e la nonna Luana MERAVIGLIOSI! e sempre gentili e disponibili!♥️ Inoltre, sotto casa trovi un delizioso bar ristorante, gestito da una famiglia che ce la mette tutta a farti sentire accolta e a casa! E si mangia benissimo! In questa vacanza ci ho lasciato il cuore .torneremo presto! Belcanto villas agenzia seria sotto tutti gli aspetti. GRAZIEEEEE

A Lovely Flat Across the River in Florence
We just completed a five night stay in a one bedroom rental in the south of the river Oltrarno district. It turned out to be an excellent choice, as, even at 76, we are comfortable walking. We could reach the Pitti Palace in five minutes, the Ponte Vecchio in about seven, the Uffizi in twelve and the Duomo in eighteen. One of the wonderful things about staying in the Oltrarno is that this is where many of the people in Florence actually live. That means that the restaurants might have more locals than tourists and the shops are real shops, not repetitive tourist junk stores. The flat had a modern laundromat next door, a cafe a couple doors the other way and a small grocery across the street. There is even a Carrefour Express grocery four minutes down the street. The flat was located on the second floor (third floor to us) of an older building on a one way, single lane street that leads directly to the Ponte Vecchio. Since the flat is in the back of the building, it looks out over some small backyard gardens and is very quiet. The flat is well equipped with three AC units, a washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer, a cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. It was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the ambiance of the beamed ceilings and oak floors. The neighbors were so quiet that we were surprised to meet them in the hall, we thought that nobody was there. The only points that I would mention, and they were not a problem to us, is that there is no lift and that the bathroom is somewhat narrow and would not be suitable to a larger sized person. I was pleased that the online photos were an accurate description of what the rooms look like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again if we return. Lastly, we were very impressed and pleased with our host, Daniele. He was quick to respond if we had a question and he gave us lots of information for our arrival and departure. He really saved our day by arranging a taxi to take us to the airport at 5:55. I almost fell over when I opened the front door and the taxi pulled up at exactly 5:55. That's the kind of detail that is hard to find these days.

Très belle expérience!
Nous avons occupé l'appartement de Daniele à Firenze pendant deux nuits avec nos deux enfants. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. De plus, il a été bien restauré et offre une bonne literie et un calme olympien. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre névralgique et proche des commerces et quartier très sympa de Santo Spirito. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Daniele en personne, mais le contact par téléphone a été très bon. Nous recommandons!

Ho prenotato con Belcanto Villas e mi sono trovato bene. La comunicazione è stata chiara e veloce, con indicazioni precise per il check-in e buona disponibilità da parte dello staff. L’appartamento era in linea con le foto, pulito e in una posizione comoda per muoversi. Tutto era organizzato in modo semplice e pratico, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno senza stress. Nel complesso un’esperienza positiva: una soluzione affidabile per chi cerca un alloggio ben gestito e senza sorprese.
