Dear friends, I would like to share with you a bad experience with this seller. I ordered some sneakers, size 42 (according to the size chart). The goods arrived, the shoes had unglued areas and the size did not correspond to reality at all. I wrote to the helpdesk and asked for a solution. They gave me a choice, either to send them back at my own expense (note not to Turkey, but to Portugal), or to keep the sneakers and order new ones with a discount of 30 Euros (code EUR30), but size 43. The lady at the helpdesk assured me that all models are the same size. I did not like paying shipping costs, so I ordered another, a different type. I paid again and they came, but completely (size maybe 44, 45 in reality) and terrible quality. I returned the sneakers at my own expense and gave the seller a choice, let him send me a smaller one, but refund the full amount. The answer is pay the postage and we will send it, or return it, but deduct 20 Euros. So they deducted and sent a smaller amount. I am preparing a letter to the Chamber of Commerce of Turkey and Portugal and at the same time to the manufacturer of sneakers (REBEL Company) with information about how Basoles deceives clients and does bad advertising. Do not buy anything there, poor quality, service.
